New Research on Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Suffragettes and Suffragists
There are several new pieces of research that have been published this year and can be made available on request or accessed on the internet.

Anthea Poppleston from the Bulwell Historical Society has written about Annie Shepherd the only woman to be elected as an Independent candidate to Nottingham City Council who was also a committed suffragist.
