On 20th July 2020, 100 years to the day that the first three women Magistrates were appointed in Nottingham, an information board style plaque was installed at the Justice Centre.

NWHG  were very pleased to work with many other women’s organisations and the City Council, led by Councillor Rebecca Langton, to plan a celebratory event on International Women’s Day 8th March 2020.

A few years ago Rowena Edlin-White posted a faux blue plaque  outside Dorothy Whipple’s one time home in Ebers Road in Mapperley Park.
